MB Development offers many ways for select investors to participate in the unique real estate market of the Washington, Baltimore Metropolitan Area.  All investments have risk, but there are significant advantages to investing with a company with a proven track record and dynamic team experience in commercial and residential development.  Each investment is uniquely sized to the needs of our passive investment partners.  Most investments are structured to give the investor preferred returns, plus participation in the upside growth of each property. Typically each investor will be entitled to an 12% preferential returns, plus an upside that would bring an estimated annualized return of far more.  Although there is no guarantee on any of these stated returns, the goal of MB Development is to create value and wealth for our clients.  MB Development has an excellent record in creating profitable ventures and we are constantly looking for new investment partners.
